Is Upkept Co insured to work at my home?
Upkept Co has public liability insurance (<$20m). Our maintenance team are also police cleared so you can feel comfortable if youd like us to get something done while you are at work or away.
I've heard that I can pay for the "Pre-Sale" service once my home settles. Is that correct?
Yes. For many customers this is a huge releif. Essentially, you can ensure the jobs that will help get you the best price for your property can get done, without stressing about finding the funding prior to the sale.

Can Upkept Co do electrical or plumbing work at my property?
We are general maintenance contractors with a very broad skillset, and although we may know how to doĀ this type of work, legally we are unable to.
When such work is required, we engage with our panel of approved partner contractors to get the job done. We make this a relatively seamless process and offer consolidated billing to ensure the safest, most convenient experience possible.
